Dr. Lisa Pietrowiak
DPT, PT
Physical Therapist, Movement Enthusiast, and Healing Advocate
I’ve been a physical therapist for 14 years, and every step of the journey has deepened my passion for helping people heal, move freely, and reclaim their confidence. I’m a proud UW–Madison graduate (Go Badgers!) and have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and even the emergency department — all of which have shaped the whole-person approach I bring to care today.
Over the years, I’ve helped people navigate everything from chronic pain and postpartum recovery to injury rehab and performance optimization. Whether you’re recovering from a setback or simply want to feel better in your own skin, I meet you where you are — with compassionate, individualized, and effective care.
💪🏼 I’m also a CrossFitter, so I understand the drive to stay active and the frustration of movement limitations.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a wife to an incredible husband, mom to two energetic boys, and dog-mom to our furry sidekick — so yes, I fully understand the importance of balance, strength (mental and physical!), and quick recovery.
If you’re ready for a therapy experience that listens, supports, and empowers — I’d love to help you get there.
